Dr. Diane Spindler is a Nutritional Consultant and a Naturopathic Doctor. She has 20 years of experience in Microbiology and Biochemical research. Dr. Spindler's continued education in health-realted fields combined with a passion for healing inspired her to open her practice, Mountain Holistic Health, Inc.

She offers a complete health evaluation through blood chemistry analysis, Health History and Iridology. A metabolic work-up is done on test results followed by an extensive consultation. People come to Dr. Spindler with specific health problems, weight problems, a general feeling of ill-health or simply desire a state of optimal health and knowlege on preventative health care.

Dr. Spindler understands that biochemical individuality is the key ingredient in discovering how to reach optimal health. The client's system is balanced, strengthened and cleansed through orthomolecular therapy (vitamins, minerals, amino acids, herbs, homeopathic remedies and enzymes), suggested dietary and lifestyle modifications and detoxification therapies, allowing for the possibility of optimal health.
